Added protection comes from a house wrap, providing lasting defense against moisture and drafts.
The 8-pitch attic truss roof, designed for both durability and additional interior headroom, is covered with GAF Timberline shingles in standard colors. A first-row ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, and rapid ridge vent ensure the roof system performs flawlessly through New England’s snowy winters and warm summers.
Access and style come together with two 10’x10’ ProDoor Carriage-style garage doors, upgraded to a stunning Walnut finish, fully prepared for openers. Additional entry is provided by a 3′ pre-hung fiberglass door with 9-lite glass, painted in standard vinyl colors for a polished look.
