- 8” x 8” posts with stainless steel mounting brackets
- 8′ beam clearance
- Beams – four 2” x 10”, four 2” x 12” for 22’ & 24’ spans
- 12″ overhangs
- 7/12 roof pitch
- 2” x 6” rafters; 2” x 8” for 18’ x 18’ – 24’ x 48’
- Structures 26′ and longer will have collar ties (max size with 4 posts: 24’x24’)
- Exposed rafters w/ 1” x 6” tongue and groove roof decking
- Synthetic felt paper & GAF Timberline HD asphalt shingles
- Floor, cupola & stain optional
