Set beside a beautifully designed pool in Epping, NH, this 16×16 standard vinyl pavilion creates a true backyard destination for gathering and relaxation. Its clean white exterior delivers a polished, low-maintenance finish, while the surrounding hardscape and water features make it the centerpiece of the outdoor space.
Inside, a full 16′ framed wall wrapped in cedar tongue-and-groove adds depth, warmth, and a natural contrast to the bright vinyl structure. The stained cedar ceiling continues that rich tone overhead, tying the entire interior together and creating a welcoming, resort-like feel.
Built with sturdy 6×6 posts enhanced by 8×8 sleeves, the pavilion offers both strength and visual presence. The integrated electrical package, along with additional receptacles, supports everything from mounted entertainment to outdoor dining and evening lighting.
Finished with IKO Dual Black shingles, this pavilion blends seamlessly with the home while providing a comfortable, shaded retreat – perfect for enjoying long summer days and quiet nights poolside.
