Products Included:

- Pavilions
- Pergolas
- Gazebos
- Chicken Coops
- Greenhouses
- Cupolas
Since these structures are custom built to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We are committed to quality and stand by our products with a comprehensive warranty. If you experience any issues with your custom structure, please contact our design experts immediately for assistance and resolution.
Order Cancellations & Deposit Refunds
- Sheds: Your 10% deposit is refundable up until we call to confirm a delivery date.
- Gazebos/Pergola/Pavilions: Your 10 or 20% deposit is refundable up to 14 days after purchase.
- Garages: Your 20% initial deposit is fully refundable minus $2,000 for the architectural drawings. Once the 2nd deposit of 60% is made, there are no refunds.
Weathervanes
Shipping Damage:
If your weathervane is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible to report any shipping damage.
Exchanges:
Should you wish to exchange your weathervane, please note that there will be a shipping charge based on your location. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Our team will guide you through the steps necessary to process your request promptly.
