He calmed my nerves and made sure everything went smoothly! The guys who came and built it were professional, timely and neat. The pavilion exceeded our expectations!+4Shed is beautiful and the work done was very efficient and professional...I can not give a 5 star rating due to the business side...we went in an were looking to get the shed. Whe had to pull permits and as a result it was past a time frame were there was a sale...it was not a even 2 weeks. We asked if we could get the sale price. We were told no. We never were advised before hand that we could not get the sale price after the fact. It was out of our control as we had to wait for a back and forth with the city.....its all besides the point. The shed is great quality and looks amazing. The staff for sales was great! The staff for removal of my old shed was great! And the staff for the installation of my new shed was great! They were the most reasonably priced of all of the places we looked at, quick to respond to any inquiries, and ended up installing our pavillion right at the beginning of the summer so we could enjoy it for the whole summer. An overall amazing experience and we are really enjoying the pavillion - can’t thank them enough for the amazing collaboration.Overall I am very happy with the shed i purchased last year from New England Outdoor. The preparation of the site and foundation took me some time, but the framing build took only the team two weeks. They were fun to work with and delivered an excellent product, even my building inspector was impressed in the craftsmanship.Enjoyed the buying experience over the other competitors in Southern NH.Great experience! The 3D tool worked perfectly and had features such as a garage door for a shed the other local company's did not have, though it is a separate installation.+1From the design and ordering process to the build phase, NE Outdoor Sheds & Garages provided a great experience which resulted in the highest quality shed possible. The staff and build teams were friendly and professional and had my 16'x22' shed/garage built as scheduled and in less than half a day. One advantage of NE Outdoor is their ability to provide a choice of an extended width overhead door (>11 ft) which was critical to my project and which their nearest competitor (initials R.F.) could not do without referring me to a 3rd party to complete. I have had many complements on the quality aspects of my garage from the standard features such as the 2" x 6" steel plated roof trusses and hurricane ties between the roof truss and wall plate to the custom options built on exceptionally strong architectural framing used for the 8' dormer and the transom above each single hung window. I highly recommend NE Outdoor as your one-stop source for designing and building a quality end-to-end shed or garage solution.+1Very easy process from start to finish. The shed looks great and I am glad we went with New England Outdoor. Everyone we worked with from the initial sitdown planning to the crews sent for demo, site prep and the setup were all great and went above and beyond. We are on the very far end of their service area and they made sure everything was scheduled and taken care of with very little needing to be done on our end so that everything went smoothly. We are very happy with the shed and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who was looking. The team from NE Outdoor did an amazing job building my Shed. They were professional and wasted no time couldn’t believe how quickly it went up!Great service. Excellent value and high quality product. Highly recommend.+0Fast service I ordered online. They called me several times to confirm everything. There was a woman in the office that called me to point out the door height I ordered might look a little small based on the overall size of the shed. I very much appreciated that because I wouldn’t realized it until it was too late. Great job making sure I was going to be satisfied. I will use them again in the future+0Everything went fine. 14 hour days seemed a bit long nbut no complaints on the work. My mistake but make window heights the same as door heights on your cad presentations and let the customer move them if they want.Worked with me on several custom designs. Patience! Great product. Affordable. Solid materials. Easy builders to work with, efficient, conscientious, and well built final product. The front office staff to on the ground construction, every step was customer conscious. We recently had a Caribbean vinyl pavilion installed in our backyard in Boxborough, MA.
