Permit Services - We Make It Easy

- Sheds, Pavilions & Pergolas: While obtaining permits for these structures is typically the homeowner’s responsibility, we’re happy to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have. We have extensive experience working with building departments throughout New England and can help you understand the requirements for your town.
- Garages, Barns, ADUs & Timber Frames: For larger projects, these permits can also be easily pulled by the homeowner but if you need help, we offer full general contracting services at an additional charge. This includes handling all necessary permits and inspections, so you can relax and enjoy a stress-free building experience.

- Minor Slope (Under 12″ out of level): For smaller inclines, we provide cinder-wide, low-profile cement blocks to level and support your shed without the need for extensive site work. This cost-effective solution ensures your shed is properly supported and level, even on slightly uneven ground.
